The vegetables freshly picked from the fields are finely cutted, without betraying their original fullness, then seasoned with herbs and spices grown in the fields around Montescaglioso and Matera . Then the products are mixed with extra virgin olive oil and stored in glass jars. They are particularly recommended for the preparation of sandwiches and toast or to flavor roasted meats and pasta salads.
